This one is pretty much waveless. Maybe one small wave might come by and then it's done. The inside seems to be thick enough for me....I have not been able to feel the wood underneath the mattress while standing on it, (which is why I replaced my older mattress). I'm about 210 lbs. Ahhhhh, the holiday weight gain....sigh
Now a few weeks later, out of nowhere, this mattress let loose a fart. That's right, without any warning. For about a week or 2 the house smelt like rubber. Even my guests, when they walked in, would say it smells like rubber in here. But the smell is mostly gone now....geeesh I hope I didn't just get use to it and just don't notice the smell any more....no, the smell is gone now.
Comfortable and well made
We've been using waterbeds for years and our old semi waveless sprung a leak. This one seems to be well made and comfortable for us.
