With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Costco picked up return for free
I should start off by saying that I got this at Costco's website, not amazon, because I'd be able to take it back to local Costco location if it doesn't work out (how much would it cost to mail back a mattress to amazon?).
Long story short, I returned the mattress because it turns out my wife and I aren't memory foam people - for her it was too firm, for me it was too hot - but the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because this mattress seemed to be of good quality (I just don't like memory foam), and I was shocked at how easy the return was. I knew I could return it to the local Costco -- that's the only reason I would take a shot on such an unusual mattress in the first place -- but I assumed it would be a serious pain to return since I'd have to haul it down there. I was mistaken.
After a couple of months of trying the bed, and my wife sleeping on couch, I knew it was time to return it, so I called my local Costco, who as expected told me I'd have to bring it...
